Job description

Responsibilities
- Data stewardship, enrichment
- Owns data quality and continuously improves on data quality for both inbound
and outbound TAM development
Unblocking any issues impacting speed to lead
- Automating lead scoring and account selection process
Manage team of lead development reps
- SFDC process and data hygiene, outreach campaign emails, templates
- Sales process and strategy
- Optimize sales tech stack to improve efficiency and automation
- Risk identification, addressing gaps in sales performance
- Sales enablement support (Training documentation, calendar)
- Sales and SDR performance management initiatives (designing SPIFFs,
incentives, comp structure)
- Provides support to team with ad hoc analysis and/or the underlying data as needed
- Influential communication across GTM team
