Job description
- Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Inside Sales Executive.
The Job : Your responsibilities will include : - Planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives. - Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. - Sales Closure of hair and skin clients. - Driving consultation to Location allotted. - Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs. - Contacting potential client via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. - Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met. - Negotiating on phone, email or in-person. - Provide report and feedback to upper management about what is and is not working. - Provide detailed report and feedback to upper management. - Extensive Follow-up for the Clients allotted. - Giving client good client experience Ideal Candidate : - You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Telesales role, ideally within the Hospital/Health Care/Healthtech industry. ( Candidates from Sales background are also preferable)- You have working knowledge of Convincing skills, telesales, Inside sales and Sales Consultant - You are a strong networker & relationship builder - You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data - You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments - Telugu & Kannada language candidates are more preferable with good English proficiency to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.Job tags
