About Our Client:
Our Client is one of the oldest Company operating in the Sweeteners and Nutraceuticals space. It has a diversified portfolio of products including bioproducts nutraceuticals and cogeneration of power. It is also a leader in organic farming and sustainable agriculture.
Location Chennai:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements
- Sound knowledge of Ind AS Income Tax and SEBI LODR required.
- Quarterly income tax/advance tax computations.
- Knowledge in filing income tax return TDS & TCS returns etc.
- Preparation of management reports and presentations
- Coordination with Statutory Auditors IFC Auditors and facilitation of Audit
- Coordination with internal departments and providing information for statutory compliances including assisting in validation of Annual Report Annual Return XBRL and other returns.
- Month closing activities
- Knowledge of ERP environment (experience is SAP would be preferrable)
