Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecalling Executive based in Hyderabad. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, educating customers about Alovia products, and closing sales deals. The Telecalling Executive will also be expected to maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals
- Experience in customer service and telemarketing
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the healthcare or beauty industry, fluency in multiple languages, and a strong understanding of customer psychology.
