Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Intelligence Lead located in Mumbai. The Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day tasks of the team and work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to translate business requirements into effective reports, dashboards and data models. They must have strong analytical skills, an understanding of data analytics, data modeling, data warehousing and experience with creating dashboards. Key Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for the following in their job role: Insightful business reports / dashboards to help teams drive outcomes effectively Development of management, business product, and resource-level MIS to review performance. Report automation and support the creation of a reporting data mart for smart reporting solutions Proactively working with the Product/Business sales teams to attain common reporting goals. Resolution of Relationship Manager (RM) queries on business sourcing and achievements published. Role Proficiencies Regular synthesis, reporting, dashboards, and insight-driven approach Should be familiar with data management principles and practices, including metadata management, data quality assessment, and data access technologies. Exposure to building data warehouses & data marts, designing data architecture, and dimensional modelling skills Should have knowledge of dashboard tools like Python, Tableau, Power BI, or SAS VA/VIYA. Strong data handling, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with the ability to process large volumes of transaction-level data and efficiently derive actionable results. Having a ‘results oriented’ attitude with a ‘go get it done’ skill Excellent management & communication skills while working with both internal and external partners. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Experience in the fintech industry is preferred Minimum 2 years of relevant experienceJob tags
