Job description
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets, including - posters, banners, infographics, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral. - Work in collaboration with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that align with the brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate the desired message and maintain consistency across different platforms. - Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and images using industry-standard software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into design projects. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions to enhance the overall creative process. - Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources to streamline future design projects. - Ability to edit video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other Social media channels would be an advantage. Qualification and experience: - Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer. - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field. - Proven work experience as a graphic designer and video editor, or in similar roles will be preferable. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail. - Knowledge of current design trends, user experience, and best practices for digital media. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, take constructive feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Job tags
