Job DescriptionData NetworkExperience Profile: 10 - 12 years of experience in Data Networking, especially in the enterprise campus & Data Center network environment 5+ years of experience in consulting, design, implementation and migration and transformation projects Excellent hands-on experience on Data Networking technologies and products. Must be hands-on currently. Experience working in large and multiple data center projects Experience working on High Level Design, Low Level Design documentation. Inter-Track consultation with Security, Compute teams and provide end to end solution. Hands on experience on managing large scale network operations including lifecycle management exercises Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Release management etc.Certification: ARUBA CERTIFIED MOBILITY PROFESSIONAL (ACMP) , ARUBA CERTIFIED CLEARPASS PROFESSIONAL (ACCP) , ARUBA CERTIFIED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL (ACDP)Technical skills: Excellent hands-on experience on the following technologies:o Routing protocols OSPF, BGPo LAN Switching IRF, Switch virtualization, HP Flexconnect networking, MC-LAG, VXLAN, Overlay networks, VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, CoS, and other upcoming switching technologieso WLAN Aruba wireless, Wireless design, site surveys, fine-tuning WLAN environment, troubleshoot; knowledge of different wireless technologies Mobility Master, Secure tunnel mode, dot1x etc. o TCP/IP protocol suite, Quality of Serviceo DDI DNS, DHCP and IPAM. Shall have thorough understanding of DNS setup (internal and external), operations and troubleshooting. Design the IP address schema and configure and manage DHCP serviceso Application protocols - FTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSL etc.o Network Security Clearpass, dot1xo Local Traffic Manager and Global Traffic Manager (LTM, GTM)o Network Management - Airwave Excellent hands-on experience on the following products:o Cisco HP Flexfabric 12000, HPxx, Aruba 8xxx, 6xxx, 5400R, 3810, 2930M series switching product line and Aruba CXo Aruba OSo Wireless LAN technologies Arubao Application Delivery Controllers F5o Network Management Airwave, EkahuaOthers: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be able to clearly communicate with the customer and be able to present solutions to customers at CIO, CXO level Must be able to conduct technical trainings to internal resources (1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders (2.) To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced (3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administratorsorteam members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required. (5.)
