Job description
The Job requires below deliverables:
• Ensure circulation of Month / Quarter / Year end closure plan • Review of Financial Statements as per IND AS • Adherence to Group financial closing timelines • Surprise free audits and limited reviews • Efficiency enhancement through new technologies • Partner with BU for book hygiene and special projects • Delivering year on year efficiency • Pre Audit points circulation and discussion with BU units • Readiness for Accounting & Disclosure of M&A transactions • Benchmarking of disclosures with peer group & industry leaders • Compliance with IND AS / SEBI LODR & Other regulations • Timely Preparation & Review of Financial statements with GL lead • Timely submission of details for Financials / Cost Audit / XBRL etc. • Preparation of position papers for IND AS positions • Submission & execution of ideas for process improvement • Prepare accurate workings for dashboards • Actively participate in training schedules • Back up and proper storage of critical files & workings Must have qualifications: Chartered Accountant with Minimum 2 to 5 Years ExperienceJob tags
