Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Oversee daytoday financial operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial recordkeeping and reporting.
- Manage cash flow working capital and capital expenditure activities.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction revenue enhancement and overall financial optimization.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead a team of finance professionals providing guidance mentorship and performance feedback.
- Foster a highperformance culture and promote continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices in finance and accounting.
Must have:
- ACCA / CIMA is a must. Any additional professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience (typically 46years) preferably working with UK clients in progressively responsible finance roles including managerial experience.
- Indepth knowledge of financial accounting principles regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
