What You’ll Do Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and provide insights to inform marketing strategy. Help manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. Assist with content creation, including writing blog posts, creating social media graphics, and developing email marketing copy. Conduct data analysis to measure campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals. Attend team meetings and provide updates on marketing initiatives and projects. Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team. Requirements: Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project. Create and design various materials for digital and print. Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts according to the guidelines. Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualiz and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals. Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company. Work independently and coordinate with internal teams, including the global marketing team to meet deadlines. Obtains approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review from the regional head. Coordinates with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. Graphic Designer Qualification/Skills: Strong graphic design skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creativity Flexibility Layout skills Deadline-oriented Five or more years of professional experience with design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Experience with both print and digital media Time management and organizational skills
