Job Title- Information Security Specialist, AVP
Location- Pune, India
Role Description
You will be part of a larger Chief Information Security team under Identity and access services pillar. This team is responsible for front ending business users and provide Identity & Access related services end to end. Team is responsible for onboarding user and infrastructure applications to central solutions, managing entire access life cycle of business users which includes provide access on need-to-know basis, segregation of duty, provide recertification services and revoking access when not required.
You will be responsible for Application and Unstructured Data Access Recertification of user authorizations in applications and to unstructured data (e.g. Active Directory or virtual data rooms). You will manage and further develop recertification processes with strong analytical skills and initial knowledge of the Identity & Access Lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities
- Primary production support for executing data ETL jobs and resolving production issues.
- Ensure the regular recertification of access rights to applications and unstructured data.
- Support the technical analysis of processes and data sources as well as improving data quality.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and other Production Support team members to identify operational requirements.
- Analyze specialist requirements and support the implementation of CSO initiatives. (For example, the transition to the new Identity & Access Management platform or the recertification of access in the cloud)
- Contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of processes with a focus on increasing user acceptance and automation.
- Provide support on internal and external audits related to recertification.
Your skills and experience
- Should have successfully completed a degree in economics, computer science or, alternatively, relevant professional experience.
- Problem-solving skills, an independent way of working and a strong customer orientation.
- Very good knowledge of the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM), particularly in the area of ecertification lifecycles
- Work conscientiously and independently to meet all day-to-day business requirements.
- Experienced working in virtual teams and matrix organizations across different time zones
