Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Delhi, India at Exotistic Design Studio Architecture & Design. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial and residential buildings. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in architecture and design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to manage projects from conception to completion
• Knowledgeable about building codes and regulations
• Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate with other design professionals
• LEED Certification is a plus
