Pointers-
Senior Controller - CA qualified - 8+ years' experience into Accounts and Finance ,good to have KPO /BPO work exposure with excellent communication skills. People Management experience is not mandatory . Non CA's -10-15 years' experience into Accounts and Finance , good to have KPO /BPO work exposure with excellent communication skills. People Management experience is not mandatory . Ops Manager - CA is not mandatory. Must have people management, KPO, BPO, MEC experience of 15-20 years. To be looked for Bangalore Candidates only. For both the positions, the original documentation policy will last six months, during which they will have to submit their highest qualification marks sheets and certificates. Interview Process - OM/SCN profiles will be sent for review by managers, and if they get shortlisted, they will be scheduled for the first technical round. When they pass the first technical round, they will receive communication, eye for details, email, and accounting tests, followed by the 2nd Tech Round and HR Discussion.
