Job Role: HR Executive (3- 5 Yrs Exp) Job Location- Surat. CTC: Max. 3.60 LPA Key Responsibilities; Taking care of Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Sourcing suitable profile, conducting interview, negotiate CTC and extend the offer to the selected candidate Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates Coordinate with deferent department, functions and HODs to understand the hiring requirement and fill the gap within given timeline. Initiate Joining formality and HR induction to new joiners Ensure issuance of IT asset, ID card, Visiting card and other business material to perform the job. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices HR Operations, Employee Life cycle Management and HR- MIS Monthly attendance, Leave record, Payroll Processing and other related compliances.
