Role: Business Head ( with own clients)
We are a Premium Recruitment company working with Direct clients and permanent hire roles for US market. We are looking for Someone with good Sales/BD team experience for our company Intellisoft Technology. Must be willing to learn, proactive, team person. 5. A sound grasp of IT software skills or a technical IT/Computer Science background is highly desired. 6. Prospecting USA-based IT domain clients through job ads, e-mails, social media tools, job sites, e-mails, and most importantly over the phone. 7. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers in their target companies. 8. Knowledge about IT staffing documentation terms like W2, C2C, 1099, Contract to hire, MSA, NCA, Temp, Perm roles et al • Understand the needs of your IT clients. BDMs need to understand the needs of their clients to provide them with the right solutions. This means asking questions about their business goals, their IT challenges, and their budget. • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends. BDMs need to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in IT staffing. This means reading industry publications, attending conferences, and following industry thought leaders. • Use technology to your advantage. There are several technology tools that can help BDMs be more successful. These tools can help BDMs to automate tasks, track their progress, and manage their relationships.Job tags
