Functional Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with stake holders. Anchor internal communications within ACG and be the first point of contact for all internal communication enquiries. Track and review the effectiveness of internal communications messages and channels on an ongoing basis and amend the strategy as appropriate. Own, manage and monitor all the mediums of internal communications matter/channels in order to maximize penetration of messages and their effectiveness. Responsible for drafting, creating and managing communications content and collaterals on the intranet. Ensure news, initiatives and projects are successfully communicated across the organization real time through intranet, emailers, on- ground activities (as desired) etc. Ability to translate ideas to the designers and execute within a certain time frame. Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.Job tags
