Hi All, Role 1 - HIM Sr. Analyst (OneContent) 1. 7+ Years of IT Support/ 7+ years as OneContent System Administrator. 2. Thorough understanding of workflow for documents coming into OneContent and Knowledge on how to build BDI Services for new feeds 3. Knowledge of how to manage magnetic and archival images. 4. Thorough understanding of how to access log files and troubleshoot for OneContent. 5. Knowledge of basic SQL commands to Query the Data Base for minor changes. 6. Thorough understanding of creating new users in OneContent as well as updating existing users. 7. Thorough understanding of how to create new document types in OneContent and basic server troubleshooting. 8. Thorough understanding of the numerous feeding systems and corresponding interfaces for OneContent. 9. Must be available to work 8-5 EST and participate in On Call Rotation 10. Must be willing to follow US Client Holiday calendar. Role 2 - HIM Sr. Analyst (OnBase) 1. 7+ years’ experience working as an HIM AM support analyst. 2. 7+ years of healthcare IT experience with 5+ years of OnBase application support experience required with System Administration knowledge. 3. Analyst must be able to effectively communicate with customers and vendors. 4. 2+ years of Epic application experience required with thorough understanding of how the two systems integrate together, OnBase Administration Certification required. 5. Knowledge of networking concepts, object-oriented technology, data warehousing, and relational database engines. 6. Experience with monitoring disk space on web/app servers, processing servers, and SQL servers, sever patches. 7. Experience with monitoring windows event viewer 8. Experience with cleaning up data bases using utilities specific to our HIM applications. 9. Monitoring and processing batches for HIM specific applications 10. Experience with monitoring and checking HL7 integrations and event logs for HIM specific applications. 11. Experience with User Management Console 12. Experience with RightFax (server-based application for paperless faxing). 13. Analyst must be comfortable working 8-5 EST shift. Analyst must be comfortable with being in the on-call rotation as well as adhering to the US Client Holiday Calendar.
Role 3 - HIM Sr. Analyst (Sovera) 1. 8 + years of experience in Healthcare IT Support (Specific to Sovera HIM, Sovera PFS, QuickChart/Quick Record, MR View, Overlook Imaging). 2. Understanding how to perform system checks specific to Sovera, QuickChart/Quick Record, MR View, and Overlook Imaging. 3. Thorough understanding of checking for aborted/missing batches. 4. Thorough understanding of custom MACL/SCM feeds for volume and frequency. 5. Thorough understanding of how to perform checks on Soarian Facesheets and Consents for Volume and Frequency. 6. Thorough understanding of how to check PDF and TIFF files coming from upstream applications for errors and backlogs. 7. Thorough understanding of how to check feed files folders for backlogs, checking error redo and error fatal for entries. 8. Must be available to work 8-5 EST hours and must be willing to participate in OnCall Rotation 9. Must be willing to follow US Client Holiday Calendar 10. Must be able to complete Incidents and assigned tasks within SLA time. 11. Must have a thorough understanding of how to perform Testing for Upgrades and Projects. 12. Experience with monitoring and checking HL7 integrations and event logs. 13. Experience monitoring disk space on web/app servers, processing servers, and SQL servers, and performing Server PatchesJob tags
