B.E/ B. Tech (Mechanical/Production/Automotive Engineering) Job Location:

Sanand, Gujarat

Job profile:

Checking design for manufacturability of parts, Serviceability, Tool accessibility, commonality etc. M-BOM understanding, validation & analysis for non-compliance parts. Vehicle Layout understanding & trouble shooting for NPI vehicles. Making Change level report & suggestion/implementation for modular design. Expertise in Product/Design lifecycle understanding. Overall design knowledge of all aggregates. Overall, Knowledge of assembly process. Co-ordinating with various cross functional depts. for design/mfg. issues resolution. Support NPI for launch of Product & Proto building.

Domain Skills:

Vehicle Integration (Buses) Proficient in Automotive Product/Design lifecycle & release process. Should have expertise in Automotive assembly processes. Overall Understanding of all vehicle aggregates & functions is must. Candidates having worked on ‘vehicle integration’ projects is preferable. Project Management Skills

Software Skills:

PLM-Team-center vis Mockup/Professional. CATIA/ PRO-E MS Excel advance level

Good Communication Skills is a must.
