JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced Client Operations Manager to join our Deployment team, which manages all clinical services deployments and client onboarding activities. Our clients range from large hospitals in major metros to medium to small hospitals in tier 2 and tier 3. The Client Operations Manager drives the change for our clients by working across functions of clinical operations, IT, finance, and senior leadership. This position will report to the Head of Deployment.

The Client Operations Manager is expected to do project planning, scheduling, identify key milestones, dependencies and potential risks. He/she has to coordinate and work with members from various teams (Cloudphysician and partner hospitals) The project manager will also drive initial account management activities by developing relationships with clients during onboarding, which is critical for the adoption of our clinical services which in turn ensures the long term success of our clients.

Lead change management of the client’s clinical and digital transformation by working with key stakeholders and influencers. Build strong relationships with the stakeholders in the hospitals to facilitate a seamless process of implementing our clinical services. Ensure projects and deployments are delivered on time, with quality, and within budget. Assist in defining project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders. Work closely on pre and post-deployment activities for new client accounts. Manage diverse project teams and motivate team members to complete projects. Develop and implement communication flow charts and escalation matrix. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. Ensure risk mitigation and seamless operations. Document and present client requirements for staffing, technology, and workflows. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and risk logs. Build and manage training plans for ICU clinical teams for the adoption of clinical services related changes. Travel to client locations in India as required to manage projects and deployments.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or related discipline; MBA preferred. Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. 4+ years of experience in a process-driven company. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Strong leadership with big-picture thinking and vision. Demonstrable experience proactively solving client and company issues. Highly experienced in presenting and preparing data and analytical reports to senior-level executives. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to anticipate, lead, and encourage customer-focused innovation and change. Experience managing multiple projects in IT, operations, sales or marketing is highly desirable.
