Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and creating sales reports.
Qualifications
- Sales management, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Experience in the construction equipment industry is highly valued
- Knowledge of market research, analysis, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Other languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
