Job description
- Contact existing and potential customers over the phone to promote products or services and generate sales.
They may also be responsible for:
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
- Answering customer questions
- Collecting information from clients
- Maintaining good relationships with clients/customer
- Resolving customer complaints
- Marketing the company's product or services
- Reminding customers
- Resolve the queries of Customers
- Good Convincing power
Telecaller Requirements:
- Computer literate.
- Able to communicate in English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
