Job description

The office attendant is responsible for providing general support and assistance to the office staff and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Carry out general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filling and sorting documents. Assist staff members with basic administrative tasks as requested, including printing documents, arranging files, organising materials. The office attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the office premises, including offices, conference rooms, pantry, common areas, this include dusting furniture, vacuuming or mopping floors, emptying trash bins and keeping the office area neat and tidy. Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
