The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented marketing communications associate to help us primarily with email, web, and social media marketing. You will have excellent command of business English and the ability to adapt to a tone of voice. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, ensuring all marketing adheres to brand guidelines. You will also be involved in keeping the website and the company's LinkedIn page relevant and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsibility for ensuring email campaigns is designed, built, sent, and analysed (using internal systems such as Mailchimp)

· Providing new and creative ideas for campaigns and commercial activity

· Project management of specific internal or external projects which may include liaising with a variety of stakeholders from customers to suppliers.

· Liaising with key internal stakeholders, communicating campaign details to relevant parties

· Providing general support to the wider business and marketing team on and offline

· Creating general marketing literature (must be proficient in the use of HTML and design software such as Photoshop/InDesign)

· Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

· Launch optimised online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

· Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)

· Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels

· Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

· Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

· Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)

· Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

· Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

· Use the Cognism sales intelligence platform to help prospect for companies looking for our services

 

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

· Educated to degree level or equivalent (marketing/ business studies an advantage)

· Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, especially online, is essential

· Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice

· Previous experience in a similar marketing role

· Can-do attitude with good common sense; creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, great sense of humour

· Knowledge of PPC, SEO, Email Marketing and Social Media campaigns is advantageous.

· Keen attention to detail, including spelling and grammar, with a desire to deliver an excellent customer experience.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate messages in the company's tone.

· Excellent IT skills; Website CMS, all Microsoft applications, Adobe Photoshop and a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

· Able to work alone with direction and to multi-task, work quickly and manage a workload that will vary from day to day

· Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Remuneration

5-10 LPA depending on experience
