Job description

1 P&L and Portfolio Growth:

2 Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) and spearhead thegowth initiatives for the Employee Car Leasing (ECL) business within the designated region.

3 Strategize and execute plans to identify opportunities and drive portfolio growth in the Corporate Employee Car Leasing segment.

4 New Business Opportunities:

5 Identify and capitalize on emegng business opportunities within the Employee Car Leasing Perks Programs.

6 Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, Large Corporates, and Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in the region.

7 Customer Relationship Management:

8 Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients, Car Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Dealer organizations.

9 Collaborate with clients' key stakeholders, including CFOs, Treasury, HR, to understand their unique requirements and develop customized leasing solutions.

10 Networking and Market Intelligence:

11 Build and sustain a strong network within the region's corporate landscape, MNCs, and key stakeholders in the Car OEMs and Dealer community.

12 Develop market intelligence capabilities to identify trends, opportunities, and track competitive intelligence related to key competitors, customer bases, and offerings.

13 Lead Generation:

14 Develop targeted scoping plans for Corporates and MNCs, implementing effective lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline for each Relationship Manager (RM).

15 Collaborate with thegound team on lead generation activities to drive sales growth.

16 Team Management:

17 Lead and manage a team of Sales, Relationship & Account Managers, ensuring alignment with thegowth agenda.

18 Optimize team productivity and ensure the achievement of team results.

19 Recruit, train, mentor, lead, supervise, and motivate high-caliber resources within the sales team to deploy growth strategies, achieving Profitable Market Share and Sales growth.

20 Focus on enhancing per Relationship Manager productivity, sales effectiveness, presentation, and selling skills within the team.

Qualifications -

Minimum Degree: Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
