• You need to be technically sound and willing to manage everything single-handedly.
• Expert in Node Js.
• Expert in JavaScript,CSS and Angular framework.
• Hands-on smart contracts(blockchain and token implementation).
• Understanding of accessibility, SEO, responsive design, and website performance.
• Building team at Pepcorns.
• Sound believer of benevolence finance like how markets can move more freely in India.

PS: If we were to sum up the person we are looking for in one word, it would be 'entrepreneur'. We are looking for someone to work very closely with the founder to grow and scale Pepcorns. You would wear multiple caps at once. From designing, developing, product research, industry research, marketing, building partnerships, hiring, to assisting with rangolis. You'd be involved in everything that helps us hit milestones and scale quickly. Obviously, you must find (Fin)Tech interesting.
