Designation : International Customer Service Executive

Location: Noida

Salary: up to 29k in hand

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication in English.
• Minimum 1 Year (Complete 12 months) of Experience is required in International Inbound Voice Calling.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in night Shifts.
• Work from Office role Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
• Working Days: 5 (Rotational Week off)
• Both side Cab Facility

Roles and Responsibilities:

Respond to complaints.

Inform customers of product, program, and service information.

Answer customer questions.

Record engagements with customers.

Process orders and handle returns.
