Job description

Business Development Executive is one who is responsible for generating revenues for Mediagarh by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Sourcing and Management 

2. Sales Meetings 

3. Sales Proposals 

4. Sales Conversion 

5. Developing Conversion skills and business knowledge to grow into a business development manager and form a team of 4-5 Business development executives.

Tasks & Activities:

(Preference to Candidate Experience in IT Sales)

Data Sourcing and Management 

• Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks of the decision maker of marketing campaigns from the Sales and Marketing departments of companies in the business of Handicrafts, Real Estate, Health Care, Ecommerce, IT Product, IT services, FMCG, Pharma, Travel & Leisure, Apparel brands, Education Institutions,Jewellers and Real Estate 

• Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization.

 

Sales Meetings 

• Preparing for meetings via structured research about target clients , its competitors analysis, present digital marketing status of clients.

• Having effective sales meetings in order to:

o Understand the marketing & digital ecosystem of the client 

o Position Mediagarh as the best choice for the client.

o Generate requirements for marketing campaigns from the client. 

Sales Proposals  

• Create presentations based on the client requirements 

• Coordinate with the operations team to create proposals and campaigns onboarding.

Sales Conversion 

• Negotiate win-win deals 

• Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines

Client Coordination 

• Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client 

• Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to onboarding of client.

Develop conversion skills and business knowledge to grow into a Business Development Manager

After completing the setting up of 20 meetings per month, Senior Business Development Manager shall be provided an opportunity to attend training and events which can help him grow as a Business Development Manager and manage a team.

Competencies Required:

Communication Fluency (Hindi & English Both), Rapport building skills, Telephone etiquette, Meeting etiquette, Negotiation skills, Listening skills, Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint), Confident, High Energy, Willingness to learn, Hungry for personal growth, Win-win philosophy

Compensation & Other Benefits:

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:45 Am to 7:00 Pm

Saturdays: 9:45 Am to 6:00 Pm

Lunch Timings: 30 Mins (1:30 Pm - 2:00 Pm)
