Job Title: Marketing Head

Department: Marketing

Immediate Supervisor: Managing Director

Position: Full time

Experience: 15 years

Compensation: 1518 LPA

Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Develop strategies to leverage and expand the Anytime Fitness brand building upon our classic

heritage and core customer segments with a focus on modernizing the brand in a manner that

broadens its appeal across a broader set of customer demographics.

Leveraging datadriven insights to evolve the brand positioning and brand image to differentiate

services and increase appeal within the target market.

Develop an approach to utilize customer segmentation and behavioral data that results in increased

spend share of wallet and profitability. Develop mechanisms to track sales impact increase retention

of existing customers and acquire new customers.

Develop the overall annual and seasonal marketing programs and plans including traditional

promotions inclub events PR philanthropy and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic into allchannels. Build dashboards to track effectiveness of programs to focus on continuous learning and

improvement.

Ensure Franchisees have the tools and training they need to implement local marketing efforts

effectively.

Develop programs that will measure monitor and improve customer experience journey as they

engage with the brand to improve overall retention and enhance customer advocacy.

Build and develop marketing platforms to collect data from multiple channels build audience

segments and deliver personalized messages all in a single framework connecting legacy systems like

email and CRM so all Franchisees and Corporate can have a unified view of the customer and deliver

differentiated messaging to yield higher results.

Provide strong leadership and mentoring to various members of the Marketing and Internal

Communications teams.

Evaluate the current organization structure and people to determine alignment with the marketing

growth strategy.

Build a pipeline of talent internally and externally to fuel the growth of the business including

developing appropriate development strategies and plans for key talent.

Play an active collaborative role with the management and executive team to help define and plan

strategic brand priorities over the next 23 years. Leverage resources to support strategic initiatives

while preserving/cultivating the company s unique positive culture.

Streamlining marketing process to realize cost savings across the creative services and media

spending.

Analyzing current marketing strategies and continually testing and optimizing for increased

performance

Selection of marketing agency partners and reviewing their activities.

Education/Experience

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

Master s degree preferred.

15 years marketing experience in building brands and designing and executing marketing strategies

and programs within a consumer or franchise industry.

Experience leading marketing in an omnichannel retailer or wholesaler; specialty retail or wholesale

experience is preferred.

Experience utilizing sophisticated customer insights and analytics either through direct supervision

of these functions or effective

Experienced on Partnering with agencies
