We handle every step in the waste supply chain, from collection and segregation to recycling and manufacturing of packaging made from post consumer recyclate. Our Material Science division innovates to upcycle plastic waste and create new applications for packaging that replace virgin plastic and are 100% recyclable. Our company is located in Valsad, Gujarat.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Engineer. The Research and Development Engineer will be responsible for conducting tests, research, and product development activities on plastic waste recycling and upcycling. The Engineer will be responsible for managing the entire R&D process including ideation, experimentation, prototyping, and implementation.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills and expertise in R&D
- Experience in testing and research related to plastic waste recycling and upcycling
- Product development skills and experience with product prototyping
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Experience with packaging and polymer processing is a plus
