Job description

Maintain precise records of all vendor payments.

Monitor tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time.

Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices.

Keep track of all company credit card spending and make payments on credit accounts.

Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy.

Responsible for accounting and financial systems, 100% statutory compliances, and accurate bookkeeping, monitor the preparation and maintenance of ledgers.

Initiate and oversee the complete ERP implementation with SAP OMS, etc based on the right solution for company level requirements.

Ensure registrations and all regulatory and statutory compliances are in place.

Ensure accurate statutory reporting to relevant authorities and related regulatory guidelines of corporate law, GST, TDS, Labour laws, etc Ensure legal and licensing compliances with periodic scanning of business model.

Requirements:

Masters or bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration or other related field.

2-5 yearsexperience for entry-level positions.

Proven knowledge of accounting industry-leading accounting software- Tally ERP.

Comfortable with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.

Functional knowledge of database and spreadsheet tools, such as Excel.

Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Distinctly self-motivated and cable of handling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
