Location: Hyderabad / Chennai

Job Type – Full-Time, Permanent

Work Timing - 7 PM to 3 AM (US Shift)

Job description

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our team.

Requisite for experienced candidates: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, excellent communication, articulative, team player and should be a go-getter.

Roles & responsibilities· Handle full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing and pre-screening candidates for client required positions·

Interact with allotted clients daily for open positions and work on those positions to source candidates·

Source right candidates from professional networking sites & social networking sites·

Sourcing profiles from job portals (Dice/ Monster/Indeed), LinkedIn, internet search engines and other websites·

Tech Screening and detailed evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements·

Phone screens via phone or video conference·

Interaction with the candidates & scheduling them for an Interview with client coordination·

You'll effectively negotiate pay rates with candidates and client in line with expected and planned margin percentages·

Coordination between Client SPOCs and candidates on offers, joining and inductions related activities·

Track daily status reports on conversions & closures·

Drive profitability by negotiating pay rates with consultants & client based on position requirements·

Update ATS daily on the new job requirements shared by clients·

Update the candidate details shortlisted as well as submitted candidates in ATS or related system daily·

Update the status of candidates submitted at each stage – Interview, Selected, rejected or closed·

Attend client & internal team meetings & status calls as and when called for.

Establish a good vendor network; deal effectively with vendors to generate profiles

An Ideal Candidate should have the following:

Experience in US IT Staffing

Should have worked with prime vendors and implementation partners in the US IT recruitment space

Familiarity with C2C, W2, 1099 and various work authorizations

Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards, portals and social networking sites and share them with consultant

Should be good in verbal and oral communication in English

Should possess good negotiation & networking skills

Must be aggressive, team player, dynamic & result oriented
