HIRING FOR PAYTM
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of and develop next-generation web applications with efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and systems.
- Design engaging and compelling consumer experiences.
- Ensure optimal performance and scalability of assigned systems.
- Actively participate in design, development, and code reviews to create robust applications and prototypes.
- Mentor junior engineers on design principles and coding best practices.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in UI development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with expertise in at least one framework like React, Angular, Redux Saga, Redux Toolkit, and Ember (a plus).
- Understanding of browser internals and basic knowledge of the network stack.
- Familiarity with common design patterns in front-end projects.
- Basic awareness of application security practices and deployment techniques for front-end projects.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals such as data structures and object-oriented programming.
- Excellent communication skills.
