Overview:
The HR Recruiter is a crucial role within our organization responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. This role plays a key part in driving the companys growth and success by ensuring that we have a skilled and qualified workforce to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Promote company s reputation as a great place to work
- Provide insights and recommendations on process improvements and best practices
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure a positive hiring experience for candidates
- Manage a consistent and highvolume pipeline of candidates
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of college recruiting initiatives
- Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Use a variety of recruiting techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Negotiate employment offers and prepare employment contracts
- Maintain candidate database and manage applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured competencybased stress etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Handson experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing reference check etc)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Exceptional timemanagement and organizational skills
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
