Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Sales Manager role, on-site in BKC Mumbai. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Assistant Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and data, monitoring competitor activity, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Relationship Building skills
• Familiarity with loose diamond industry trends, market data analysis, 4c's and diamond basic knowledge
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Fluent English will be an add on
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams
• At least 1-2 years of experience in loose diamond sales management or related field
• Knowledge of diamond manufacturing software and operations is a plus
