Job Title: Manager - Corporate Finance
Location: Mumbai (HO)
About The Role We are seeking a diligent and experienced professional for the role of Manager - Corporate Finance. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector with a keen understanding of financial systems and corporate finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to execute financing decisions, build and maintain relationships with financial stakeholders, and manage trade finance arrangements.
Responsibilities - Oversee and execute the company's financing decisions for various ongoing and future expansion plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders and financial stakeholders to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Execute trade finance arrangements with banks and financial institutions, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for the company.
- Develop and implement internal systems to establish standardized processes for the finance function.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall corporate objectives and financial goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure the company's finance strategies are compliant and competitive.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing trade finance arrangements with banks and financial institutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Bloomberg and other financial databases will be considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
