Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing international sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities.
- Drive expansion into new territories with a consistent market entry strategy.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for tailored offerings.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Develop and monitor sales performance metrics.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Provide insights for product and marketing strategies.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay informed about international business regulations.
- Mitigate risks associated with international sales activities.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum 15 years of successful international sales leadership.
- Strong understanding of international markets and business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
