Calling all GCP Cloud Gurus! Are you a seasoned DevOps Engineer with a passion for building and automating infrastructure on

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ? We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Pune and play a pivotal role in driving our cloud adoption strategy.

GCP DevOps - Engineer / Manager Experience: 7-10 years / 10-14 years Location: Pune (Hybrid)

This role offers two tracks: - Senior Engineer (7-10 years): Lead the way in designing, implementing, and automating secure and scalable infrastructure on GCP. - Manager (10-14 years): Lead and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers, taking ownership of the overall cloud infrastructure strategy and execution.

What You'll Do: - Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and highly available infrastructure solutions on GCP. - Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Ansible. - Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient software deployments. - Configure and manage security best practices for cloud resources and ensure compliance with organizational policies. - Collaborate with development teams to bridge the gap between development and operations (DevOps). - Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance and troubleshoot any issues. - (For Manager Level) Lead and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. - Develop and maintain the overall cloud infrastructure roadmap, aligning with business objectives.

What You Bring (Mandatory): - 6+ years of experience in DevOps practices. - 4+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Proven experience in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation. - Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts and containerization technologies. - Excellent scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) and proficient with Linux operating systems. - Experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). - A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Plus Points (For Manager Level): - Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a DevOps team. - Experience in developing and implementing cloud infrastructure strategies. - Strong understanding of cloud cost optimization techniques.
