Job description
As a Salesforce Administrator at Ajackus, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes and enhancing our client's CRM systems' efficiency. Your expertise in Salesforce will enable our client's sales team to focus on what they do best—selling. You will be responsible for managing our Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, providing actionable insights through reporting, and supporting the sales teams in achieving their targets.
Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Oversee the daily management of the Salesforce CRM, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by creating dashboards, generating reports, and analyzing sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes within Salesforce to increase efficiency and productivity. Implement automation where possible.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to sales team members on using Salesforce effectively, including new features and updates.
- Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of sales activities, pipeline, and performance. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and management teams.
- Project Management: Lead and support projects aimed at scaling sales efforts and implementing new tools or integrations within Salesforce.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure CRM alignment across all stages of the customer journey.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on sales performance, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM best practices and functionality.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with sales metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with sales process optimization and CRM data management.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
