Job Description



The  Team Lead, Java works in the Engineering department managing the development plan of one or more scrum teams acting as Scrum Master. The Team Lead works with product management and senior management to plan projects and assures the assigned scrum teams will bring the projects to successful completion. As part of this role the Team Lead identifies and manages risk and makes sure there is clear communication across multiple teams and stakeholders. The roles and responsibilities would include:
