Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field and possess excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the medical industry and pharmaceutical products
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid driver's license

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain relationships with medical practitioners and hospitals
  • Provide product information and education to healthcare professionals
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and exhibitions to expand product knowledge and network
  • Collect and analyze data on customer preferences, needs, and buying habits
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints
