Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress, and promptly report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment plans, and the importance of health maintenance.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, fellow nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a GNM or BSc in Nursing.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
