This may be the right role for you if you have
- MBA(HR) with cross-cultural experience of 8 to 10 years in all areas of HR especially Talent engagement and Talent retention
- Result-oriented with broad experience in managing HR functions pertaining to full-time employees.
- An articulate communicator with excellent relationship management & influencing skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership.
- Good communication skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, highly collaborative environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Articulate, drive & manage activities / events in the employee lifecycle at AI.
- Collaborate with BU leadership to implement talent management and retention activities.
- Work with Business Leaders to identify top talent and curate development plans to develop the leadership pipeline.
- Partner with Business leaders for all employee related initiatives and drive leadership connect with employees in the BU.
- Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
- Analyse trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data.
- Ensure excellence in service delivery, for EE processes i.e. performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition, Employee advocacy and grievance handling.
- Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities in the BU
- Develop succession for key leadership through an optimum blend of internal and external talent and develop and retain top talent.
- Strategize different methods to increase talent retention rate.
- Drive external and global HR best practices.
- Partner / lead COE initiatives within/across functions.
- Identify training needs for the business unit in tandem with business leadership and collaborate with talent transformation to devise appropriate and effective training plan.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and promote fair pay philosophy with key internal stakeholders.
- Partner with EEMs to drive Career pathing sessions / initiatives or training interventions.
