This may be the right role for you if you have

• MBA(HR) with cross-cultural experience of 8 to 10 years in all areas of HR especially Talent engagement and Talent retention
• Result-oriented with broad experience in managing HR functions pertaining to full-time employees.
• An articulate communicator with excellent relationship management & influencing skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership.
• Good communication skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, highly collaborative environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Articulate, drive & manage activities / events in the employee lifecycle at AI.
• Collaborate with BU leadership to implement talent management and retention activities.
• Work with Business Leaders to identify top talent and curate development plans to develop the leadership pipeline.
• Partner with Business leaders for all employee related initiatives and drive leadership connect with employees in the BU.
• Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
• Analyse trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data.
• Ensure excellence in service delivery, for EE processes i.e. performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition, Employee advocacy and grievance handling.
• Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities in the BU
• Develop succession for key leadership through an optimum blend of internal and external talent and develop and retain top talent.
• Strategize different methods to increase talent retention rate.
• Drive external and global HR best practices.
• Partner / lead COE initiatives within/across functions.
• Identify training needs for the business unit in tandem with business leadership and collaborate with talent transformation to devise appropriate and effective training plan.
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and promote fair pay philosophy with key internal stakeholders.
• Partner with EEMs to drive Career pathing sessions / initiatives or training interventions.
