Job role: We're in search of a skilled and imaginative Associate Video Editor/Cinematographer to join our marketing team. As an integral part of Urban Gabru, you'll be instrumental in breathing life into our brand's narrative through captivating video content. We seek someone with a discerning eye for cinematography, capable of crafting visually striking videos that resonate with our target demographic. Key Responsibilities: 1) Video Production: Conceptualize, film, and edit high-caliber videos for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials. 3) Cinematography: Cultivate a distinct visual style that mirrors our brand and product values, keeping a pulse on industry trends and an evolving taste in cinematography. 3) Editing: Seamlessly edit and post-produce video content to create engaging and impactful storytelling. 4) Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise compelling video concepts and storyboards. 5) Equipment Management: Oversee and maintain video production equipment to ensure optimal functionality. 6) Quality Control: Uphold brand standards by delivering high-quality video content that aligns with project deadlines. 7) Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and execute the envisioned concepts effectively. Requirements: 1) Proven experience as a Video Editor and Cinematographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing an evolving taste in cinematography. 2) Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects. 3) Expertise in camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment. 4) Knowledge in new AI editing tools. 5) Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content. 6) Advertisement agency experience is a plus. 7) Familiarity with FMCG or related industries is a plus. 8) Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. 9) Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
