Xiimba Agritech wants to be a disruptive player in the landscaping business in India by bringing and inventing technologies, interventions and designs that are futuristic, sustainable, environment friendly.

Overview:

Xiimba Agritech is looking for a skilled and experienced 3d Visualizer to join our startup team. He/She shall be the member of the core team of Landscape Vertical and shall get the experience of building the company.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in building the company, bringing in capabilities, to support the business, implementation and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery. Your expertise and insights will be instrumental in guiding the decision-making process and ensuring that the vision and objectives of our clients are transformed into creative designs and remarkable outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

· Visualize and build Landscape company for the future

· Introduce futuristic technologies and world class services in the Landscape domain

· Creative designs, landscapes, drawings and bring ideas to life

· Use advance software such as Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. to create impressive, interactive designs

· Discuss requirement with Clients and convert them into photo realistic 3d detailed designs.

· Presenting designs to clients for approval

· Overseeing projects as they progress as per design and ensure successful completion in time.

· Liaison with other professionals and internal and external stakeholders

· Consider different certifications, training programs and sustainable practices for the Landscape business vertical.

Requirements and skills:

· Bachelor of Architect from a top college of the country.

· Post graduate degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture.

· Proven work experience of atleast 3-4 years as a 3d Visualizer or similar role

· Practical experience with software such as Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop etc.

· Business Mindset and ready to work in fast paced startup ecosystem

· Good creative flair and imagination

· The ability to respond well to feedback

· Strong understanding of written and verbal specifications
