Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Introduction Engineer located in Belagavi. The New Product Introduction Engineer will be responsible for managing the introduction of new products into the market, developing and improving testing methods, working in collaboration with R&D and Project Management teams to ensure efficient product development, and identifying opportunities to improve product performance.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills to perform testing, data analysis, and make recommendations based on results
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to develop new products, improve existing products, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Project Management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timelines are met
- Product Development experience to identify opportunities for product improvement, assess customer needs, and collaborate with R&D and Project Management to develop new products
- Testing skills to develop and improve product testing methods, conduct testing, and analyze results
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Experience in the herbal extracts industry is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a cross-functional team
