Job description
HighLevel Inc is seeking a motivated Product Manager to join the Forms and Surveys team, taking charge of the end-to-end user experience in creating and managing online forms and surveys. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding the team in conceptualizing, launching, and optimizing the entire life cycle of forms and surveys. This includes configuring builder, submission, notifications, analytics, integrating with various platforms. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, validating concepts, sizing potential, conducting user interviews, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the platform.
Your Responsibilities
- 1. Establish a strategic vision for HighLevels Forms and Surveys functionality, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- 2. Make informed decisions regarding product roadmaps, drawing insights from market trends, user requirements, and competitive analysis.
- 3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user requirements, as well as to enhance features based on feedback.
- 4. User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to gather insights, identify pain points, and translate user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- 5. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of Forms and Surveys. Coordinate with marketing efforts to drive user engagement.
- 6. Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert on reports. Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external customers.
- 7. Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance, driving data-driven decision-making. Monitor customer feedback and conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Experience
- 1. Ability to deconstruct software products and distinguish between good and bad user experiences.
- 2. Prior experience as a Product Manager in B2B or B2C space or Prior experience as a founder/cofounder.
- 3. Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
