Job Title: Architect/Interior Designer
The role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and other
professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
that meet the needs of the client and comply with building codes and
regulations.
 Educational qualification - B tech (Architect)
 Skills :
 2D & 3D Designs
 Knowledge of building and construction
 AutoCAD
 Technical drawing
 Interior designing
 Layout design
 Software (Auto cadb 2D, Sketch up, Revit/3ds, Enscape, Vray/Lumion)
 Experience: 1-3 years' experience
 Location: Work from office

Roles & Responsibilities:
 Exceptional AutoCAD knowledge and drafting skills
 Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations
 Knowledge about interior elements and buildings structures
 Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic & conducive to
intended purposes.
 Proficient in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup
 Well versed with designing corporate & residential layouts
 Preparing BOQ
 Draft layouts
 Ensure quality of design
 Site visits
