Job Title: Dotnet-Production Support
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai.Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad
Years of Experience:3-5years

JD:

*Senior Production Support Engineer – Okta
*Ready to work in 24*7 Shift timings in Production Support and Maintenance Projects.
*24*7 shift-based project (Morning, Afternoon & Night shifts)
*Should have prior experience of working in 24*7 OKTA production support, weekend shift/support,night shift, etc.
*Should have excellent communication skills.
*Should have experience in writing & executing SQL queries.
*Good understanding of Rest API
*Excellent Analytical & Logical skills.
*Regular Support Activities - Ticket monitoring, Application monitoring, Incident Resolution, Request handling, etc.
*For Enhancements - perform SDLC with documentation.
*Occasional requirement to perform Maintenance Window Testing over the weekend.
*Change & Release management in Dev Stage & Prod Environments.
*Attend Client meetings, Status meetings, etc.
*Preparation of Status Reports.
*Technical Skills to include Okta, SAML, OIDC, SQL, JavaScript, Rest API, C# .NET, ASP.NET MVC.*
