Overview:
The Travel Sales Executive plays a crucial role in promoting and selling travel packages and services to potential customers. They are responsible for understanding customer needs creating personalized travel itineraries and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. The Travel Sales Executive is instrumental in driving sales building customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the travel agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel packages including flights accommodations and activities.
- Assist customers in selecting and booking suitable travel options based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and offering guidance throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on travel trends destinations and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Negotiate with travel suppliers to secure the best rates and exclusive deals for customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and sales materials.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities and maximizing revenue.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations terms and conditions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Participate in travel and trade shows networking events and promotional activities to expand the customer base.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism Business or related field.
- Proven experience in sales preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of travel booking systems such as Amadeus or Sabre.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a resultsdriven approach to sales.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex travel arrangements.
