Job Summary Achievement of Sales volumes/targets by Disbursement of retail used CV Business being focus segment. Maintain required Yield, WIRR/PF/Cross sell and customer segment mix. Knowledge/exposure to Used /refinance CV business. Categorization/Classification of customers as per policy or Norms. Meeting the assigned sales targets for disbursement, fees income and cross sell, through a team of Sales executives and DSAs/ Dealer DSAs Acquisition of new relations for Commercial Vehicles- HCV, LCV, SCV and earning fee based income through fees, insurance and cross selling of various products of the bank. Detailed Responsibilities Focus on retail used CV business along with required Yield. Focus on NTB business Target achievement of Disbursement along with no of files and customers Daily Updating of Customers visits and leads and Provide update/feedback of same to supervisors. Ensuring /delivery of Desired TAT /decision to customers. Meeting the assigned sales targets for disbursement, through a team of Sales executives and DSAs/ Dealer DSAs and through direct sales Acquisitions of new commercial vehicles loan relationships and meet the monthly disbursement targets. Development of relations with local CV manufacturers, dealers and their sales team, to generate business. Tying up with a number of DSAas in the area Maintaining quality of existing assets To ensure strict call discipline in respect of existing clients. To ensure quick resolution of customer issues. Ensuring collection of Post Disbursal Docs (RC & Insurance) for the loans disbursed as per the given benchmarks of the bank Desired skills and competencies Basic Knowledge on analysis of Repayment track record and Banking Understanding/Interpretation of CIBIL. Exposure to handling/sourcing Used CV retail business. Knowledge of finance process, how to source the documents from the customers, how to get the files filled, KYC completion, etc Knowledge about CV finance policies or finance policy of the product in which they deal in. Wide contact base in the local market Knowledge of local CV market, dealers, unions, transport areas, key CV customers, key captive customers, negative areas, etc. Good knowledge of mails, excel, word etc.
